What is the size of each plot?

Each plot is approximately 2,178 square feet, giving you plenty of space to grow vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Our one-acre land is divided into 20 plots, each designed to maximize growth and accessibility for all gardeners.

Do I have to grow the crops myself?

No! You have options. You can tend to your own plot and enjoy the hands-on experience, or we can handle planting, watering, and maintenance for you for a small additional fee. This way, you can enjoy fresh produce without the daily effort.

Can I sell the produce I grow?

Absolutely. You are welcome to sell your produce, share with friends and family, or donate. Additionally, our tech team can help set up an online platform to help you market your crops and reach buyers within the local community.

How do you handle pests and plant health?

We use natural pest control methods and seasonal crop rotation to keep plants healthy. Optional companion planting with flowers like marigolds and nasturtiums helps deter pests naturally. Your plot will receive guidance on best practices for a thriving garden.

Can I grow crops year-round?

Yes! While South Carolina has natural seasonal cycles, you can grow a variety of crops throughout the year. Cool-weather crops thrive in fall and winter, while warm-weather vegetables and fruits flourish in spring and summer. For even more flexibility, we offer optional small greenhouse plots that allow you to extend the growing season and try specialty plants any time of the year.
